How your order ships

Katertomyman LLC curates each style and reviews listings before they go live. Every US order ships free with tracking. Your order is processed in 1 to 3 business days, then delivered in 7 to 15 business days. Total time from order to delivery is 8 to 18 business days.

Free standard shipping (United States)

We offer free standard shipping (tracked) on all orders delivered to addresses in the United States, with no minimum purchase. Free shipping applies to US addresses only.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship to other countries at this time. If a country is not available at checkout, we cannot deliver there.

We do not charge customs, duties, or import taxes because we only ship within the United States.

Processing & delivery

• Processing: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (weekends and US holidays excluded).
• Delivery: After dispatch, standard delivery takes 7-15 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
• Total: 8-18 business days from the day you order.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak holiday periods or carrier delays outside our control.

Tracking

When your order ships, you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Allow 24-48 hours for the first tracking update.

Address accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need a correction before the order ships. Once an order is in transit, we may not be able to change the address.

Missing or damaged packages

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you did not receive your package, or if items arrive damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@katertomyman.com  We will open a carrier investigation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Order changes & cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We may accommodate changes before the order ships. Once it is in transit, we cannot modify it. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.
