Refund policy

Katertomyman Men & Women Shop (Katertomyman LLC) wants you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we are here to help.

RETURN WINDOW We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags attached (when the product shipped with tags)
  • In original packaging when practical

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Final sale or clearance items marked as such
  • Swimwear and undergarments (hygiene)
  • Human hair products that have been worn, styled with heat or chemicals, washed, cut, or altered
  • Items damaged by misuse, improper care, or normal wear after delivery
  • Gift cards

HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Email info@katertomyman.com with your order number, the item name, and the reason for return.
  2. We reply within 1 to 2 business days. If your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Please do not ship items back before you receive the label.
  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier shown on the label. Keep your tracking number.
  4. Returns are sent to: Katertomyman LLC, 1875 Dell Street, White Bear Lake, MN 55110, United States.

REFUNDS

  • After we receive and inspect the item, we notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
  • If 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at info@katertomyman.com.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@katertomyman.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

EXCHANGES The fastest way to get a different size or style is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order. Our Size Guide can help you choose.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it, with tags and original packaging.
