Return window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Eligible items
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags attached (when the product shipped with tags)
- In original packaging when practical
Non-returnable items
- Final sale or clearance items marked as such
- Swimwear and undergarments (hygiene)
- Human hair products that have been worn, styled with heat or chemicals, washed, cut, or altered
- Items damaged by misuse, improper care, or normal wear after delivery
- Gift cards
How to start a return
- Email info@katertomyman.com with your order number, the item name, and the reason for return.
- We reply within 1 to 2 business days. If your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Please do not ship items back before you receive the label.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier shown on the label. Keep your tracking number.
- Returns are sent to: Katertomyman LLC, 1875 Dell Street, White Bear Lake, MN 55110, United States.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect the item, we notify you by email.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
- If 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at info@katertomyman.com.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@katertomyman.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or style is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order. Our Size Guide can help you choose.
