Free Shipping, first (United States)
We offer Free Shipping, first (free tracked shipping) on all orders delivered to addresses in the United States, with no minimum purchase. Free shipping applies to US addresses only.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship to other countries at this time. If a country is not available at checkout, we cannot deliver there.
Processing & delivery
- Processing: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (weekends and US holidays excluded).
- Delivery: After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes 7-15 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak holiday periods.
Tracking
When your order ships, you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Allow 24-48 hours for the first tracking update.
Missing or damaged packages
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you did not receive your package, or if items arrive damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@katertomyman.com or (651) 734-3916. We will open a carrier investigation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
