RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags attached when the product shipped with tags
• Original packaging when practical
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Final sale or clearance items marked as such
• Swimwear and undergarments (hygiene)
• Human hair products that have been worn, styled with heat or chemicals, washed, cut, or altered
• Items damaged by misuse, improper care, or normal wear after delivery
• Gift cards
HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email info@katertomyman.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
2. We reply within 1 to 2 business days. If approved, we email a prepaid return label. Do not ship items back until you receive the label.
3. Pack securely, drop off with the carrier on the label, and keep your tracking number.
4. Returns go to: Katertomyman LLC, 1875 Dell Street, White Bear Lake, MN 55110, United States.
REFUNDS
• After we receive and inspect the item, we notify you by email.
• Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
• Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@katertomyman.com with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you when we confirm the issue.
